The DMR Vault Pedal has consistently been voted the Number One Platform Pedal in mountain biking by the editorial staff of VitalMTB, year after year. It has outperformed countless new pedals from brands worldwide, all competing for the title of Best MTB Pedal on the market.

So, what sets the DMR Vault apart as the best pedal available?

First and foremost, the Vault is a tunable MTB flat pedal designed specifically for riders seeking a larger platform. Versatile enough to excel on trails, all-mountain routes, enduro, and downhill setups, the DMR Vault offers exceptional stability and grip, even on the roughest terrain. Its slimline, concave platform combined with DMR pedal pins ensures the best grip among all platform pedals. The design of the DMR Vault pedal was developed with input and testing from Brendan Fairclough back in 2010, and it has proven itself repeatedly by winning multiple group tests and receiving perfect 5/5 reviews.

As Shred Magazine concluded, “These are the ultimate, no compromise flat pedal. Beautifully finished. Light. Super smooth bearing action and a thin profile that we couldn't get to hit the deck – even on low slung XC bikes.”

The platform is extruded and CNC machined for the highest quality production, spinning on a heat-treated Chromoly axle with a bush and bearing combination that is fully serviceable, making this a pedal built to last.

Additionally, we provide spare DMR Flip pins with the DMR Vault pedals, ideal for more aggressive riding and capable of handling WC-level downhill racing, Rampage, Hardline, and more.

Vault SE Colour Option
The Vault SE pedals come in a unique and durable triple-anodised colour finish – in either camo or snow camo. As BikePerfect concluded, “If you want your pedals to look good for as long as possible then it’s well worth considering shelling out for the SE version. The anodized finish is extremely durable and was genuinely surprised how good they still looked after many months of hard riding when I scrubbed the mud off to take the photos for this review.” Once you've ridden the DMR Vaults, you won't want to go back. From the trails, for the trails.
