Q: Is this comfortable for a toddler facing outward? And is it supportive? I have the original 360 but it's killing my upper back between my shoulders.
A: As long as the baby is within the weight limit, you may wear baby facing outwards, however typically we recommend wearing older babies on your back as an alternative position, as the baby is then engaging core muscles and "helping" with the wearing.
Q: Does this store deliver to Canada?
A: Yes, we ship to Canada and all countries around the world.
Q: Is the drool pad that fits this carrier?
A: Ergobaby doesn't make a drool pad but they do carry teething pads that attach to both shoulder straps on the front of the carrier for the baby to use.
Q: Do I need an insert for a 12-lb baby?
A: That is very close to the upper limit of the insert. It all depends on how much stability your child has and how they fit in the ergo pocket. The insert also includes a removable bolster that helps prop your infant up so they stay close enough to kiss.
Q: What are the waist strap dimensions? Can this fit plus size adult?
A: The waist belt extends to 55", fitting most adults comfortably.
Q: Can These Go In The Dryer?
A: We suggest washing with a mild detergent in cold water, on a gentle cycle. You can hang the carrier to dry.
