Ear seeds are a type of auriculotherapy, which is acupressure or acupuncture focused on the ear— and has been used for over 2500 years. Auriculotherapy is based on the same general principles as acupuncture, using the outer part of the ear as a map or microsystem of the body.

Details: The travel-friendly kit includes twenty, 24k Gold Ear Seeds, a Black mini-tweezer for application, and a “How To” Map of nine popular protocols from Jelena’s acupuncture practice: Fertility / Insomnia / Allergies / Stress / Anxiety / Headache / Lower Back Pain / PMS / Digestion.

Suggested Use: Before applying, the skin should be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol. With the tweezers, lift one seed off the strip and apply to the desired area. Press gently with your finger to secure to ear. Repeat on the other ear. To boost activation, gently press the seed occasionally while wearing them. Usually, the body will adapt to the pressure after 2 to 3 days— remove, and take a 24-hour break before re-applications. If you are or might be pregnant, don’t use ear seeds or any other form of auriculotherapy without consulting your physician.

This is a very nice product. My only complaint is that it is not well-suited for my older Samsung S22 phone, because the phone sits so low I. The cradle that its power button is inaccessible. I solved that by fastening a small spacer onto the bottom edge of the cradle, and now it works very well. It would be a better product if the bottom edge of the cradle could be adjusted. Aside from that minor issue, it automatically grips the phone and holds it firmly, and there's a built-in battery so the ungripping process functions even after the ignition is turned off and power to the cradle is shut off.
