The Dynasty Fitness DRE8008 Assisted Chin/Dip is a selectorized counterweight machine that makes pull-ups and dips accessible to every user regardless of current strength level — selecting more weight on the 210 lb stack increases the assistance the standing platform provides, reducing the effective bodyweight the user lifts and allowing progressive strength building from the first session. A three-position pull-up bar with biomechanically calculated grip angles, a rotatable adjustable dip station that switches between chest and triceps width, and a standing platform design that preserves the natural movement arc of both exercises make the DRE8008 the complete assisted upper body bodyweight training station in the DRE80 series.
- Standing platform assistance transmits counterweight force through the ankle and knee joints in a way that minimises interference with the natural pull-up and dip trajectory — producing a more biomechanically correct assisted movement than kneeling pad alternatives, with easier entry and exit
- Three-position pull-up bar with biomechanically calculated grip angles covers wide pronated pulls for upper back breadth, neutral mid-grip for balanced lat and biceps loading, and narrow supinated chin-ups for increased biceps contribution — full pull-up variety from one bar in one machine
- Rotatable dip station switches between a wider grip for chest and lower pectoral emphasis and a narrower grip for concentrated triceps work with adjustable width to fit different shoulder proportions — two distinct dip targets without changing machines
- Dual-level anti-slip entry/exit platform solves the access challenge for users of different heights, and the counterweight system means a complete beginner and an advanced athlete can both train pull-ups and dips productively on the same machine by selecting different assistance levels
