The aubergine ‘White Egg’ is an unusual variety that immediately sparks curiosity with its unique fruits. As the name suggests, it produces small, white fruits that resemble large hen’s eggs in appearance. This old heirloom variety originates from Japan and has been cultivated for generations for its beautiful shape, mild flesh, and smooth, creamy flavor. The fruits are ready to harvest when they are glossy and pure white, which is also when their flavor is at its best.Recipe tip for White Egg: Cut the eggplant into thick slices and fry them in olive oil until golden on both sides. Place the slices on a plate, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and top with a dressing made from yogurt, garlic, mint, and a pinch of salt. Serve as a fresh summer dish or as a side to grilled fish or chicken. Delicious!

Already assembled!
Size: 8 Panel, Color: Natural
Came way sooner than the estimated delivery date and it looks awesome! Biggest plus is it came ALREADY ASSEMBLED! I was expecting self assembly but maybe that's on me for not reading the specifics. Hoping it's the right size for my new studio apartment. So far the look and functionality is 10/10

I am so pleased with them. My lanai gets morning sun and I am concerned about the UV rays fading the
fabric of my furniture No more having to cover each piece at night. The screens are great.
