FAQ
Q: How quickly does it work?
A: Visible browning and die-back typically occurs within 24-72 hours, depending on plant species and water conditions.
Q: Is it safe for fish?
A: When used according to label directions at proper application rates, Tribune can be used in waters containing fish. Follow label restrictions regarding water use after application.
Q: How much area does 2.5 gallons cover?
A: At 1-2 gallons per acre, a 2.5 gallon container treats 1.25 to 2.5 acres, depending on weed density and species.
Q: Do I need to use an activator?
A: Yes, for best results, use Tribune with an activator or surfactant to improve coverage and penetration of plant tissue.
Q: Why avoid turbid water?
A: Turbid or muddy water contains suspended particles that bind to the herbicide, reducing effectiveness. Apply when water is clear.
Q: Do I need a license to apply this?
