Size: Ships approximately 6–12” long in a 4" nursery pot; grows quickly and trails or climbs as desired
Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans if ingested
Style: Heart-shaped, luminous lime-green leaves on vining stems; energetic, modern, and eye-catching
Care Level: Easy; fast-growing and forgiving, great for all experience levels
How to Care for Your Philodendron 'Neon'
Position your Neon Philodendron in a bright room with filtered sunlight to maintain its bold, highlighter-yellow foliage. Too little light may cause the leaves to turn greener and reduce their visual impact. Use a well-draining soil mix and water when the top of the soil begins to dry. Avoid soggy soil to prevent root rot.
This plant thrives in average household temperatures and humidity. Fertilize once a month during the growing season with a diluted, balanced houseplant fertilizer to support its quick growth. Prune regularly to shape or encourage fullness, and propagate cuttings easily in water.
Why Garden Wrld?
Each Philodendron 'Neon' is greenhouse-grown and hand-selected for vibrant color, healthy roots, and strong trailing potential. We ship in eco-conscious packaging and include a digital care guide for success. Our customer care team is here to help with lighting advice, propagation support, and styling inspiration.
Pro Tip: Let the vines cascade from a shelf or wall planter for a glowing, layered look — or train it up a trellis for a radiant vertical accent.
