Philodendron Lickety Split is the large, dramatic, deeply lobed Philodendron that brings an instant tropical forest atmosphere to any room. Its enormous, glossy leaves are divided into multiple pointed lobes that radiate outward, creating a bold, architectural silhouette that works beautifully as a floor plant or room anchor. It grows vigorously in the right conditions and makes a powerful statement in any interior.
Good for beginners? It is manageable with consistent care. Lickety Split appreciates a warm, humid environment and medium to bright indirect light. It communicates clearly when it needs water and rewards consistent attention with impressive growth.
Safe for cats and dogs? Philodendrons are toxic to pets if ingested. Keep out of reach of cats and dogs, or explore our pet-safe plant collection.
Light needs: Medium to bright indirect light produces the largest, most dramatic leaves and the fastest growth. It tolerates medium light well. Avoid very low light which causes small, undivided leaves and slow, leggy growth.
Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Higher humidity keeps the large leaves most lush. Give it room as it spreads significantly as it matures.
