Philodendron White Princess – A Regal Beauty with Elegant White Streaks
Philodendron White Princess is a rare, high-demand hybrid, known for its sharp white variegation on glossy green leaves. Its compact, upright growth makes it a perfect statement piece for indoor plant lovers.
Striking White Variegation with Royal Elegance
- Features bright white splashes, streaks, and marbled patterns across deep green leaves.
- A self-heading Philodendron with minimal vining, making it great for small spaces.
- Pinkish petioles add a unique touch, enhancing its ornamental appeal.
How to Care for a Thriving White Princess
- Light: Requires bright, indirect light to maintain its vibrant variegation.
- Watering: Allow the top 2 inches of soil to dry out before watering.
- Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (60%+).
- Soil: A well-aerated aroid mix with bark, perlite, and peat prevents root rot.
- Fertilization: Apply a gentle liquid fertilizer every 6 weeks.
Propagation: Expanding Your White Princess Collection
- Stem cuttings in water develop roots in 4-6 weeks.
- Sphagnum moss propagation retains moisture for stronger root development.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- White variegation turning green? Needs brighter light.
- Leaf browning? Ensure high humidity and avoid overwatering.
- Slow growth? Increase warmth and nutrients.
With its gorgeous white variegation and upright form, Philodendron White Princess is a must-have for rare plant collectors.
