My Anthurium Mix is a meticulously crafted potting medium designed specifically to support the healthy growth and vibrant blooms of Anthurium plants. This mix combines a selection of natural components to create a perfect balance of airiness, moisture retention, and nutrient supply, ensuring your anthuriums flourish.
Key Components:
- Coco Coir: A small amount of coco coir is included to enhance water retention while maintaining a light and airy texture.
- Perlite: This component improves drainage and prevents waterlogging, promoting optimal root respiration.
- Pine Bark: Provides structural stability and slowly releases nutrients, mimicking the natural environment of epiphytic anthuriums.
- Coco Chips: Contribute to the overall structure and enhance moisture retention.
Benefits:
- Airy and Coarse Texture: The mix is designed to be airy and coarse, allowing plenty of oxygen to reach the roots, which is essential for the health of anthuriums.
- Water and Fertiliser Retention: The natural elements in the mix retain water and fertiliser efficiently, ensuring your plants receive the necessary sustenance over time.
- Balanced Fertiliser Infusion: Infused with a balanced and light fertiliser, this mix supports the growth of new plants by providing essential nutrients without overwhelming them.
