Philodendron Jose Buono is a variegated favorite of ours. It's got long, leathery, multi-color variegated leaves that give it a beautiful and unique appearance. We find it to be an easy grower in both a greenhouse and as a houseplant.
Like most Philodendrons, this variety prefers moist but well-draining soil and some humidity. As it climbs, it should be staked or allowed to climb up moss poles. In higher humidity environments, numerous aerial roots will form which gives the plants a beautiful look.
Please note that due to the nature of variegation, each plant is a unique individual. There will be some variability from plant to plant and even from one leaf to another on the same plant. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a specific amount of variegation especially younger plants.
This product is considered an Intermediate Tropical plant. Please see our Aroid Shipping guidelines and Shipping and Guarantees policy.
Most of our products come with multiple shipping options. For those that are unpotted, you can add Pots and Soil a la carte.
