Aglaonema 'White Joy' – Pristine, Serene, Elegant
The Aglaonema ‘White Joy’ steals the spotlight with its beautiful white and green foliage. To say that this simply brings serene elegance to any space would be an understatement because it does so much more! This compact beauty thrives on minimal fuss and low light, making it the perfect partner to new and seasoned plant parents alike.
Plant Personality & Aesthetic Appeal
The Aglaonema ‘White Joy’ features upright, lance-shaped leaves that grow up to 30cm long. Each leaf blade is almost entirely white with a slender green margin and midrib. Place it on console tables, pedestal stands or in decorative ceramic pots on low shelves. In offices or bathrooms, it delivers a fresh, luminous focal point without overwhelming the space. It keeps things serene. Effortlessly. The dense rosette of glossy foliage creates a living sculpture that contrasts beautifully against dark wood or concrete planters. It complements both modern and minimalist rooms.
Growth Habit & Size Potential
This cultivar grows as a compact perennial, reaching 30 to 50cm in height and width indoors. It has a moderate growth rate and is a rewarding plant to grow at that. Expect visible new shoots every 6–8 weeks during spring and summer. Plant your, well, plant in a 12 to 15cm pot to start things off. Then, repot into a container 2cm larger when roots fill the soil. Regular trimming of older leaves keeps the crown neat and promotes continuous foliage renewal. As a non-vining houseplant, it maintains its shape without staking.
Light & Location Needs
The White Joy is most joyful in bright, indirect light. Any window with diffused sun is ideal. However, it can tolerate low to moderate light remarkably well. In strong shade, it may grow leggy, so avoid deep and dark corners (why would you even?). It also performs admirably under fluorescent office lighting, making it perfect for workspaces. Outdoors, it can live in a covered porch or patio, but it must be kept away from direct sun. Rotate the pot occasionally to ensure uniform leaf coloration and balanced growth.
Care Level & Maintenance Tips
This rare plant is an easy grower. Thank goodness! Water when the top 2cm of its soil feels dry. That should be between 7 to 10 days, depending on how hot the weather is. In winter, it needs less water. Use a well-draining potting mix amended with peat and perlite, and always empty saucers to prevent root rot. You can opt to feed bi-monthly during the active growth season with a balanced liquid fertilizer. When pruning, wear gloves! All parts of this plant are toxic when ingested. That being said, keep away from pets and children. Do remember to mist the leaves when they get dusty, preferably using soft water.
The Aglaonema 'White Joy': Joyful, Joyful!
The Aglaonema ‘White Joy’ still contributes to a calming indoor climate. It sparks joy! Studies show that simply gazing at variegated, light-toned foliage can reduce stress hormones and lower blood pressure. Think of it as looking good and feeling good - all in the form of this potted plant. Being a low-fuss plant, caring for it may provide a reset for the mind and break screen fatigue. Place it on your desk to enhance focus or beside your reading nook to foster relaxation. The bright leaves reflect light back into the room, subtly boosting mood and creating a soothing sanctuary for work, rest, or meditation.

Requires a very specific mug to be useful.
Color: Black
The hotplate itself gets hot enough on its highest setting where it would burn your finger if you left it one there for more then a couple seconds. However when it come to what mug you can use to transfer that heat to your drink, this WILL NOT work with just any old ceramic, metal or glass mugs. You absolutely need to have a perfectly flat bottom on it. If the center of the bottom of the mug does not make direct contact with the very center of the warmer, it will not transfer heat. So straight way plan of spending another $15 to $20. Amazon has some available with good reviews all be it not a very big selection. I'm giving this 4 stars because the description needs to be very clear about this and its not.

Great mug warmer with temp control
Color: Black
I replaced a cheap mug warmer with a couple of these for the house, and for almost the same price this is a lot more functional. I really like the temperature control and silicone surface protector. In combination with the carafe below, this has changed my life - no more microwaving coffee all morning.

Super Satisfied Customer Here!
Color: Gold, Color: Gold
I purchased the gold/black mug warmer. I always spend a good about of money for great coffee products and I take my time to perfect my coffee for my mornings at work. However, I get pulled into urgent meetings and just something urgent and I always leave more than half of my coffee behind. When I come back it’s cold and that’s very disappointing considering the money and time I spent to make it bc I then have to toss it. I don’t believe in microwaves and I refuse to use one. When I found this, I was super excited! It looks perfect at my desk and it works perfect! I would have liked it to be more on the brass gold like my pen holder, but it’s just as pretty! As you can see, my mug had a layer on the bottom and that made me think it may not work well, but it did the job. My coffee was super warm and it got even hotter as I left it there tearing it. I turned it one before making my coffee, so I’m not sure exactly how long it took to warm up but for me, by the time I got back, it was the peg temperature. I highly recommend this to anyone who has the same struggles. No more cold coffees! Thank you!!!

It is heavy
Size: 58.3mm, Color: Black
Item was as described and shipped promptly. It is heavy and works well with my portafilter. I haven't had it long enough to really evaluate how helpful it is.
