The Fuzz))) is our nod towards some of the greatest doom, grit, drone and sludge tones ever heard but at the same time, retaining its own, unique, unmistakable Fortin character.

It couldn’t be easier to use as the Fuzz))) only has three controls - Standard fuzz control, output volume and a girth control that adds a massive low end thickness to take your tone into, and beyond, previously unchartered sonic realms of destruction.

Sure to delight even the most fastidious tonal fuzz connoisseur,  Fuzz))) brings legendary fuzz and distortion all wrapped up in one tiny package.

Due to its size, you can only power via the DC inlet, but it will take anything between 9-24vDC (center-pin negative). A clever MOSFET input trick protects the pedal if the wrong polarity supply is connected, so there is no way the magic tone smoke can be released if a wrong polarity power supply is used (the pedal will not power up). Modern discrete transistor based circuit for reliability and performance.

Works perfectly for bass applications. Proudly made in North America.

Level: Adjusts the output of the pedal. The higher you have this, the louder your signal will be and push the input of your amp harder.Gain: The amount of fuzz that is applied to your signal. Girth: Not a regular tone control - get that bass turned up, pre-gain, to allow you levels of awesome sounding fuzz that you’ve never heard before!

This little beast is SO nasty, it's the kind of pedal your Mom warned you about...

Well, what can we say - don't judge something by their size... this pedal sounds HUGE...

Q: Just how fuzzy is the Fuzz?
A: The Fuzz starts off in the vintage area, but soon gets extremely nasty and contemporary past 10 o'clock.
Q: What is the Girth control?
A: Fuzz is all about how the low end smashes the gain stages. The Girth control takes that principle and explodes it giving the Fuzz the most brutal, sludgey and doom laden Fuzz ever designed!
Q: Can I put 24v into the Fuzz?
A: FUZZ ))) - High gain brutal Fuzz

Trying to limit the sound from the basement.
I still am in process of evaluating the function of these but from an early assessment they do seem to help take the noise down a peg. I have installed these between the joists in my basement so that as my kids get ramped up playing video games it could possibly help prevent the sound from rattling the house. I did not need to use the sticky side for this as I was able to slide them in place around other things to hold them still. With four panels I have ok coverage of the area and if they continue to prove effective I will get more to fill out the area even more. They appear well made and of good size but I am not an expert in sound absorbing materials. Still so far so good.

Not like egg-crate foam, but these look nice and help with noise
Everyone is putting these on the walls. I opted for the ceiling. Back in the middle of the pandemic, I converted a corner of a back-room/work-room into a home office space for my work-from home activities. It's a basement, and so it's concrete walls, but I did my best to put things on or in front of the concrete to dampen sound. But I didn't spend any time thinking about the open-rafter ceiling, which is really just the main-level floor. That's where these (and a couple other) sound-reducing tiles came in. I tacked some packs of these overhead, and immediately noticed a fair reduction in noise in my "office," as well as noise from upstairs. But they also had the effect of reducing my ceiling height, making it easier to warm the space when it's cold. And they look good doing it, providing a pretty nice ceiling. These tiles are not very thick, not like true acoustic wall materials. So you're not going to get the sound dampening of egg-crate foam. But they do offer some degree of reduction in ambient noises. And they don't cost a lot. Overall, I'm pleased and think I need to order more for some other areas of the room.

A Little Thin
These were a little thinner than I expected, but they work well to help dampen the sound in hard rooms. The larger size means less time installing them and more time enjoying the benefits of a softer room.

Noticeable Echo Reduction in My Shop
I installed these panels in a shop where sound tends to bounce around quite a bit. The panels were easy to cut to fit the wall and lightweight enough to mount with double-sided tape. The material feels dense and well-made, and I immediately noticed a difference in echo reduction. These helped dampen ambient noise without changing the look of the room too much. They don’t block out sound completely, but they definitely make a noticeable improvement in room acoustics.
