Beautiful gold and cream cocktail ensemble consisting of a dress and matching swing coat. The dress is knee length, with short sleeves, a bateau boat neckline, and a fitted sheath silhouette. The neckline features a curved Chinese design that complements the fabric of the ensemble. The coat is knee length as well, with a hem that lines up with the cocktail dress. The coat has long sleeves, a straight front with hidden closure near the clavicle, and an amazing accent collar that drapes around the wearers shoulders and rises above the neck for an elegant effect. The coat is structured but comfortable, with pleats on the back for ease of move and added grace. The lining of the coat is gold, and features stitched designs of Chinese symbols. Breast pocket is accented with a zig-zag folded ribbon trim. Simply divine and straight from the 60s! The dress was made for the Pee-X Clothiers Boutique inside Hong Kong's Ambassador Hotel in Kowloon.

The hotel opened in the 1960s and was famous for the massive 17 story tiled mosaic mural on its side, depicting Confucius visiting different Chinese provinces.

I'm going back to Sparkle

I used to buy Sparkle years ago , it was the only brand I bought, but I stopped because they were lower quality than names like Bounty. Recently, before payday I ran out of paper towels and bought this pack before payday so I didn't have to shell out $25 for paper towels. Sparkle i can honestly say has improved immensely in quality, yet still staying reasonably priced. I noticed as soon as I opened one roll it was better quality. They are stronger, much stronger than they used to be. No loose lint like they used to have. They are a bit stiffer in feel compared to Bounty, but still feel soft. Cleaning is the real test for me. The old Sparkle shredded apart as soon as I wet the towel to clean. The new Sparkle is amazing. Gotta say I like it better than Bounty. I used it to clean the bathroom and the towels held up extremely well with being water soaked, used to scrub (friction & pulling). They don't feel thick which i like. Reusable? I'd dunk the towel in water, scrub then rinse the towel and wipe and it held up . Sparkle has improved and won me over!

I recently picked up the Sparkle Pick-A-Size Paper Towels (6 pack) and overall I’m pretty happy with them. The pick-a-size feature is really convenient because you can tear off a smaller sheet for quick spills instead of wasting a full one. For everyday kitchen messes—wiping counters, small spills, or drying hands—they work perfectly well. They’re also reasonably absorbent and the rolls seem to last a decent amount of time, especially when using the smaller sheet sizes. For the price, it feels like a good value compared to some of the more expensive brands. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re not quite as thick or strong as the premium paper towels out there.
