I only have the use of one arm, and usually have to get an adaptive cutting board to secure my fruit/veges before I can start cutting them. But these knives were so heavy and so sharp, I didn’t need to do that It cut through the tomato skin like water The hardwood block looks beautiful on my countertop These are beautiful knives on their own.
