Guarana for me is one of those things that you should only take every once and a while. It gave me a nice surge of energy for about an hour or so after taking one, then after only a few mornings of taking one I noticed the effect completely wore off. So I stopped taking it for about a week. Then tried taking it again and it still did nothing. Maybe it's just my body, but now I need at least two to notice any effect. It's not that I even feel more alert now, it just makes me feel like I drank to much coffee. I will finish the bottle and then will not buy it again. Different supplements work differently for everyone though! Just because this didn't work for me longterm, that's not to say it won't work wonderfully for you. Trial and error is key with anything like this.

This is a great supplement to have around, especially because it's SO easy and economical compared to coffee. Very importantly, the jitters went away by the 4th day I took it and now it's hardly noticeable. I started using it so I could easily lower my daily dose of Adderall (prescribed for ADD) and it did the job well.
